3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are processed securely through our checkout system.
  • We accept major payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and other available options at checkout.
  • Orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer local delivery within a 50 km radius for a flat fee of $5.
  • For Canada-wide shipping outside of our 50 km radius, we use Canada Post or UPS with a flat fee of $8.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
