Shipping Policy (Canada)

 

Local Delivery (Within 50km Radius)

We offer a local delivery option for customers within a 50 km radius of our location for a flat fee of $5. If your address qualifies, you will see this option at checkout.

Canada-Wide Shipping

For all other orders across Canada, we ship via Canada Post or UPS based on the best available rates. Shipping cost is a flat fee of $6.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2-3 business days (depending on your location)
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Additional Information

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.
  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • If you need a rush order, please contact us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request.

We’re happy to offer shipping to our customers across the United States!

Shipping Details

  • All orders are handcrafted and shipped from Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, Canada.

  • Processing time is typically 2 to 4 business days.

  • Standard delivery to the U.S. takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Duties & Import Taxes

  • Most U.S. orders under $800 USD are exempt from duties and import taxes under U.S. customs regulations.

  • We do not charge U.S. sales tax or customs fees at checkout.

  • If any import fees are assessed, they are the responsibility of the buyer.

Important Notes

  • All packages include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs, but we’ll do our best to assist if issues arise.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal to pay duties (if applicable), a refund will be issued minus shipping fees once we receive the item back.

We’re excited to offer shipping to customers in the United Kingdom!

Shipping

  • Orders are carefully packed and shipped from Canada.

  • Delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 business days depending on customs and local carriers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

VAT & Import Duties

  • We are not currently VAT registered in the UK.

  • UK orders do not include VAT in the product price.

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are set by UK customs and vary based on your order value and location.

  • If we register for UK VAT in the future, this policy will be updated and VAT will be included at checkout.

Important Notes

  • Refusing to pay VAT/duties may result in your package being returned. In this case, we can refund your order minus shipping fees once the item arrives back to us.

  • We recommend reviewing your country’s import rules or contacting local customs before ordering.
